Seminars for managers of Sphere Line: training, innovation and motivation.
Today, the UEC team has held two consecutive seminars for managers of our partner, Sphere Line.
The training was held in two stages - for separate groups of managers - to ensure the most comfortable participation and effective interaction. The programme of both sessions was the same and covered key topics related to GEWISS products, as well as current engineering solutions that will appear in the brand's portfolio in 2025.
The seminar was conducted by our technical specialist Oleg, who shared his expert knowledge, practical cases of implementing GEWISS solutions, and answered questions from the participants.
A separate block of the seminar was held by Andriy Ignatyuk, Head of Sales at Sphere Line. He shared the company's market positioning strategy and presented motivational programmes for managers aimed at increasing efficiency and engaging employees.
The programme of the event included:
- GEWISS new products overview;
- practical application of products in real projects;
- answers to questions and exchange of experience between participants.
