Terms of cooperation
The sale of UEC and Gewiss products is carried out exclusively through a dealer-distribution network consisting of trade organizations under direct contracts.
We guarantee to the company's partners:
- Adherence to the optimal price/quality ratio in the assortment policy;
- A pricing model that guarantees earnings for all participants in the supply network;
- Equality of partners before commercial policy;
- Project and estimate support and registration of projects by the first applicant;
- Joint marketing activities aimed at strengthening the role of regional representatives as key distribution companies of the market
Partner status is determined by the terms of the contract and depends on the following criteria:
- position of the company on the electrical market
- annual product turnover indicator depending on the region in which the company is located
- the company's strategy for promoting the UEC and Gewiss brand
- width of the assortment matrix in the partner's portfolio
- level of development of the organizational structure
- availability of a brand manager for UEC and Gewiss products
- active product promotion
